Susan Rothenberg

Artist (b. 1945).  Born in Buffalo.  Ms. Rothenberg is noted primarily for minimalist paintings of horses, which are frequently displayed in major art museums.  Her more recent works include paintings of moving human figures, in particular athletes and dancers.
