The Death Penalty |
Legal Murder Twenty-eight
states and the federal government pay professional killers to murder some of
their citizens. The pretense for
these murders is that those killed are themselves killers and that therefore
their murder prevents further killings. That, of course, is a lie. Every study
of these legal murders has shown that some states with the “death penalty”
have higher murder rates than those without this horror, although there are some
states without legal killings that have murder rates higher than some states
with that form of slaughter. It is evident therefore that the so called “death
penalty” does not prevent murder. Furthermore,
innumerable murders of innocent people have been perpetrated by the sadists who
kill for money. In the past year, 133 people were released from “death row”
because they had lawyers who proved their innocence. However, most death row
inmates have no DNA records nor a lawyer to help them. Innocent people, about 8
percent of death row inmates, are killed despite their innocence. Since
the death penalty does not deter murder, why do 38 states and the federal
government continue this hideous practice? Evidently because there are among us
some citizens who enjoy killing others without needing to fear retribution and
because they earn a living by murder which their sadistic hatred of humanity
satisfies. Why don’t we rape rapists, beat assaulters, rob robbers,
burglarize, steal, and burn down the houses of to those who commit these crimes?
Evidently because doing these things does not satisfy the psychotic sadists who
murder helpless prisoners for money. Therefore
there is only one remedy decent citizens have to end legal murder. That is
excommunication. If all paid killers are excluded from all religious
congregations, are not allowed to buy food in a grocery store, cannot rent or
buy a house, are not admitted to any clothing store while no one speaks to them,
calls them, or invites them, there is a good chance the killers will look for
something normal to do. Human life
is sacred. There is no excuse for killing innocent citizens and no excuse for
killing even the guilty. We don’t have any obligation to allow sadists to
enjoy the slaughter of their fellow citizens. Peace
and blessings, Gerhard
